Who processes your data

What we collect
Through the project form: name, company, email, telephone, delivery city and country, Instagram handle where given, project description, budget and timing stated, and any files you attach.
Through the counter-quote form: the same identifying details, the quote you send us and its attachments.
We set no advertising cookies and carry out no behavioural tracking.
Why
To answer your enquiry, produce an estimate and then a quote, and run the project if you entrust it to us. No data is used for marketing without your consent, and none is ever sold.
How long
Enquiries that go no further are kept for three months, then deleted. Quotes issued and projects delivered are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the statutory retention period applying to accounting records.
Who has access
Our team, in Guangzhou and in France. Our suppliers and partner factories receive only the technical information needed to manufacture: never your contact details, never a competitor's quote.
Our host Infomaniak, in Switzerland, serves the site and carries the messages.
Transfer outside the European Union
Our operational team is based in China. Handling your enquiry therefore involves access to your data from a country outside the European Union, whose law does not offer protection equivalent to the GDPR.
This transfer is necessary for the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and for the performance of the contract. We limit transferred data to what is strictly necessary and exchange it over protected channels.

Your rights

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Files you attach are not stored on the server: they are forwarded as email attachments and removed from the sending server.
