Basis of comparison
We compare a quote you already hold against what the same project would cost, made under our control in China.
The comparison is made on equivalent specifications: same materials, same dimensions, same finishes, same quantities. Where an exact equivalent is impossible, we say so and propose the closest alternative.
Our costing is stated delivered to your address, freight and customs clearance included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
What we commit to
Acknowledging your quote the same day and replying within 24 working hours.
Giving you a costed study, line by line, free of charge and with no commitment on your side.
Telling you plainly, with figures, when we find no real saving. You keep our analysis either way.
What we do not promise
The [TO BE COMPLETED]% saving shown is an average observed across our projects, not a guarantee. The real gap depends on the product, quantities, materials and your current supplier.
We do not take on products already made in Asia and sold on thin margins, nor small quantities of standard products. In those cases we say so at once.
Exclusions
The offer does not cover installation, building works, architectural design, or products requiring certification our partner factories cannot obtain.
It does not apply to quotes older than [TO BE COMPLETED] months, whose prices are no longer representative.
Validity
Our costed study is valid for [TO BE COMPLETED] days from the date we issue it. Beyond that, material prices and freight are reviewed.
Confidentiality of quotes received
The quote you send us stays with us. We show it to no factory, no partner, no third party. We take the quantities and specifications from it to build our own costing.
Your current supplier has no way of knowing you consulted us. Files are deleted from our servers at the end of the study if you do not proceed.
